months old. This guarantee covers the cost of your puppy only. We are
not responsible for any charges, such as shipping, veterinarian fees,
mental stress, low blood sugar, vaccination overdose from
veterinarian. Breeder guarantees that your puppy is healthy at time of
shipping or pick-up.
Buyer has 72 hours from the time of shipping or picking up, for your
puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice. Failure
to have your puppy checked in 72 hours renders this sale AS IS and no
guarantee will apply.
If the puppy is found to have a life threating illness in 72 hours, the
puppy must be returned immediately with written statement from your
vet and all registration papers transferred back to the breeder. No cash
refunds will be made. Buyer will have first choice of puppies available
or be put on a waiting list.
There is only a 5 day guarantee for diseases such as Parvo, Distemper
or Corona. Buyer agrees to have remaining shots completed by a

that have the potential of staying very small. These puppies are not guaranteed against
hydrocephalus, which is very common in very tiny puppies. This is due to having very large open
frontals that never close. The above contract will apply unless Breeder finds out that Buyer's family
has small children (under 7). If Buyer put a deposit on a puppy and Breeder find out, Buyer's deposit
and/or any monies received, will not be returned and you will NOT get the puppy. These puppies are
too fragile. Other breeders may sell you one this small, but not this Breeder. If Buyer does purchase a
puppy from Breeder and Breeder find out there are small children after Buyer has received the puppy
the whole contract is void and if a problem should arise and buyer wants to return the puppy, buyer is
responsible for all costs and no refund will be made.

buyer is responsible for all necropsy fees. All results will be sent to my veterinarian to review. Only
after her review a decision will be made if the puppy needs to be replaced. No puppy will be replaced
due to neglect from buyer.
If a puppy is diagnosed within one year for any congenital or hereditary disease which seriously
impact the quality of life just short of euthanasia, or requires continuous medical treatment throughout
the course of the dogs life we will provide the buyer with these options:
buyer is responsible for all necropsy fees. All results will be sent to my veterinarian to review. Only
after her review a decision will be made if the puppy needs to be replaced. No puppy will be replaced

breeder may choose not the refund any money. If breeder's veterinary should need to discuss with
buyer's veterinary and buyer's veterinary refuses, breeder's veterinary findings will stand.
